Method 1: I would suggest you to set the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps. Setting the system in a clean boot state will help to identify if any third party applications/drivers or startup items are causing the issue. Refer the article and check if it helps.

Method 2: Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Click on Troubleshooting.
Click on Viewall option on the left side of the Windows.
Click on HardwareandDevices option.
Click on Next and follow the onscreen instructions to troubleshoot the issue.
